| In the summer of 1991, my (now ex-) husband and I visited my mother-in-law’s house in rural Michigan, (this was before she was my mother-in-law). She had a wonderful antique treadle Singer sewing machine. On a whim one day I threw together an outfit of sorts: bloomers, skirt, and a blouse. The bloomers and blouse used to be a sheet, I believe. I don’t remember where the skirt fabric came from. I don’t have any good photos, but these were silly and I figured I would share.
