Just in time for Super Bowl Sunday, here is my recipe for Spinach Artichoke Dip!
Ingredients:
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 (9oz or close) package frozen creamed spinach
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 3 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar/jack blend (or similar) cheese
Instructions:
Cook creamed spinach in microwave until it can be stirred.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then spread evenly into an oven-proof dish, such as a square casserole dish.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until completely heated.
Serve with tortilla/pita/bagel chips, crackers, or toast bites.
