Ingredients:
- 1 bag frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 bag frozen peas
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 can chick peas
- 2 fresh tomatoes, diced
- 3 potatoes, chopped
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2-3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Chinese Five Spice Powder*
- 2 tsp Balti seasoning*
- 3 Tbsp Sweet curry powder*
- 1-2 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
Put it all in the crock pot for about 7 or 8 hours on high, stirring once an hour or so. The seasonings can be adjusted to taste.
Serve with rice, and perhaps some cooked tofu?
*These are all spice blends from Penzeys Spices:

Balti Seasoning
Sweet Curry Powder
